An important responsibility of the Grand Ronde Gaming Commission is to ensure fairness, integrity, security, and honesty of the gaming operation. This responsibility is carried out through daily monitoring of activities at the casino. The Commission also works with other regulatory agencies and law enforcement to ensure the gaming operation is free from fraudulent, illegal and improper activity.

It is the responsibility of every Commission licensee, regardless of employment position, to help ensure that we maintain these standards. From time to time, you may become aware of, or be involved in, a situation that raises a concern of whether it complies with the Commission regulatory requirements or other legal requirements. Commission Regulations require reporting of instances of wrongdoing or regulatory noncompliance. Reporting your concerns/suspicions to your supervisor would normally satisfy this requirement. However, if you are uncomfortable in raising your concerns with your supervisor, you may report them directly the Commission or use the anonymous reporting service.

We have implemented report it, an anonymous hotline and reporting service that allows you to express your concerns via phone or through accessing an easy to use internet report function. This service is hosted and maintained by Report It, an independent third-party company we have selected to provide this service. The web link or toll-free number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through report it, you may report issues in the following areas:

  • Fraud
  • Theft
  • Embezzlement
  • Bribery/Kickbacks
  • Misuse/Abuse of Property or Records
  • Retaliation
  • Safety/Health/Environmental Violation
  • Conflict of Interest
  • MICS and Regulation Compliance
  • Fairness and Integrity of Gaming
  • Other (Non-regulatory issues will be reviewed and forwarded to SMC Human Resources Department.)
